【摘要】 综述了国内外烟草中生物碱的提取和分析方法,主要有蒸馏法、超临界流体法、离子交换法、光度法、色谱法、毛细管电泳法等,并对各种方法的优缺点进行了分析。

【Abstract】 Different approaches and techniques for the extraction and analysis of tobacco alkaloids were reviewed,including steam distillation,supercritical fluid,ion exchange,spectrophotometry,chromatography0 and capillary electrophoresis.Advantages and disadvantages of these methods were also compared.
