【摘要】 目的:促进合理用药工作的开展。方法:结合我院于2000~2002年所做的Ⅰ、Ⅱ类切口围手术期预防使用抗菌药物干预对照研究结果,2005年同期进行随访调查分析。结果:此次随访调查预防使用抗菌药物合理率及基本合理率均有所提高(P<0.01或P<0.05),各种不合理用药现象均有所减少(P<0.01)。结论:我院采用的合理用药干预措施是有效、可行的,且作用持久。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE: To promote rational use of drugs.METHODS: Based on the result of the controlled intervention study on the perioperative use of antibiotics in patients with type Ⅰ and type Ⅱ from 2000 to 2002 in our hospital, a follow-up investigation and analysis was made in 2005.RESULTS: Both the rational rate and basic rational rate in the use of prophylactic antibiotics increased in this follow-up investigation(P<0.01 or P<0.05),Phenomena of non-rational use of drugs decreased(P<0.01).CONCLUSION: The follow-up study shows that the intervention on the rational drug use in our hospital is effective and feasible,and the effect is persistent.更多还原
