【摘要】 目的:促进儿科合理用药。方法:随机抽取某医院门诊西药房2005年5~10月儿科处方2338张,逐张统计注射剂、抗生素和糖皮质激素的用药数据,采用用药频度分析方法及合理用药国际指标进行调查分析。结果:门诊儿科使用频次排列前3位的抗生素依次是头孢哌酮/舒巴坦、头孢曲松、头孢哌酮;5种常用抗生素的药物利用指数≥1;注射剂、抗生素和糖皮质激素的使用率分别为64.71%、69.41%、48.84%。结论:所调查医院门诊儿科处方费用较为合理,但广谱抗生素使用频次大,注射剂、抗生素和糖皮质激素使用率较高,应当加以控制。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE:To promote the rational use of drugs in pediatrics.METHODS:2 338 pediatric prescriptions in the outpatient pharmacy of western medicine were randomly selected from May 2005 to Oct.2005 for the statistical analysis regarding data of injections,antibiotics and glucocorticosteroid using DDDs analytical method and International Rational Drug Use Index.RESULTS:Leading the top three places in terms of DDDs were cefoperazone/sulbactam,ceftriaxone and cefoperazone.Drug utilization indexes(DUI)of five commonly used drugs were above 1(≥ 1).The usage of injections,antibiotics and glucocorticosteroid were 64.71%,69.41% and 48.84%,respectively.CONCLUSION:The use of antibiotics in pediatric outpatient department is basically rational,but the DDDs of broad-spectrum antibiotics are still high and the usages of injections,antibiotics and glucocorticosteroid are on the high side,which should be kept under tight control.更多还原
