【摘要】 目的促进中药饮片内在质量管理。方法对2种川芎饮片的性状特征进行鉴定,用无水乙醇提取出重要成分,对其提取物的重量及重要成分进行比较。结果2种川芎饮片的颜色、气味、棕色的油质小点明显不同,乙醇提取物总重量、主要成分重量明显不同,说明2种川芎饮片的内在质量明显不同。结论加强中药饮片内在质量管理是保证临床疗效的关键。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE:To promote quality control over Chinese cut crude drugs.METHODS:The character and feature of 2 Chinese cut crude drugs of Rhizoma chuanxiong were identified.The major constituents of their extract were isolated by using dehydrated alcohol and their weights were compared.RESULTS:2 kinds of Chinese cut crude drugs differ in color,odor,and the brown oily dots.The total weights of the alcohol extract and the major constituent also have significantly differences.It proved that the quality of the two kinds were obviously different.CONCLUSION:The quality control of Chinese cut crude drugs is the key to ensuring clinical efficacy.更多还原
