【摘要】 目的建立以反相高效液相色谱法测定复方鸡骨草片中栀子苷含量的方法。方法色谱柱为DiamonsilC18,流动相为甲醇-0.1%磷酸溶液(22∶78),流速为1.0mL.min-1,检测波长为254nm,柱温为室温。结果栀子苷进样量在0.125~0.623μg范围内线性关系良好(r=0.9996),平均回收率为97.81%(RSD=0.90%,n=9)。结论本方法简便、准确、重现性好,可用于复方鸡骨草片的质量控制。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE:To establish a RP-HPLC method for the assay of Jasminoidin in compound frutex abri tablets.METHODS:The separation of Jasminoidin was carried out on Diamonsil C18 under room temperature.The mobile phase consisted of methanol-0.1%H3PO4 solution(22∶78)at a flow rate of 1.0mL·min-1.The detection wavelength was 254 nm.RESULTS:The linear range for Jasminoidin was 0.125～0.623μg(r=0.999 6),and the average recovery was 97.81%(RSD=0.90%,n=9).CONCLUSION:The method is simple,accurate and reproducible,and suitable for the quality control of Jasminoidin in compound frutex abri tablets.更多还原
