【摘要】 目的:评价氟罗沙星与阿奇霉素治疗非淋菌性尿道(宫颈)炎的成本-效果。方法:76例非淋菌性尿道(宫颈)炎门诊患者随机分为A、B组,分别给予氟罗沙星与阿奇霉素治疗7d,运用成本-效果分析法进行评价。结果:A、B组的成本分别为870．50元、557．46元,有效率分别为92．3％、94．6％(P>0．05),成本-效果比分别为943．12、589．28。结论:阿奇霉素相对于氟罗沙星治疗非淋菌性尿道(宫颈)炎具有明显的药物经济学优势。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE:To evaluate the cost - effectiveness of fleroxacin and azithromycin for non - gonococcal urethritis or cervicitis. METHODS: A total of 76 cases with non - gonococcal urethritis or cervicitis were assigned to receive fleroxacin (Group A) or Azithromycin(Group B) for 7 days,and the cost - effectiveness of the 2 groups was evaluated .RESULTS:The costs of the fleroxacin group and azithromycin group were 870.50 yuan and 557.46 yuan, respectively; the effective rates were 92.3% and 94.6% , respectively(P> 0.05) .The cost - effevtiveness ratios were 943.12 and 589.28, respectively .CONCLUSION: The therapy of azithromycin has marked pharmacoeconomics advantage over fleroxacin in treating non - gonococcal urethritis or cervicitis.更多还原
