【摘要】 目的观察百蒂芬皮肤抗菌凝胶对幼儿手除菌效果。方法采用现场手消毒试验方法进行了实际效果评价,并与肥皂流动水洗手作平行比较。结果洗手前幼儿手上平均细菌总数为1065cfu/手,检出大肠菌群、金黄色葡萄球菌与耐久肠球菌。经肥皂流动水洗手后1min和60min,幼儿手卫生合格率分别为53.33%和56.67%,均未检出致病菌。经百蒂芬皮肤抗菌凝胶洗手后1min,幼儿手上平均细菌总数为102cfu/手,合格率为90.00%;抗菌凝胶洗手后60min,保持合格率66.67%。结论百蒂芬皮肤抗菌凝胶对幼儿手去污染效果好于肥皂流水洗手,并具有一定持续效果。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the efficacy of Bai-Di-Fen Skin Antibacterial Gel in removing bacteria on hands of young children. Methods On-the-spot hand disinfection test method was used to carry out actual efficacy evaluation and parallel comparison with washing hand with soap and flowing water. Results Before washing hands, the average total bacterial count on hands of young children was 1065 cfu/hand and coli-group, Staphylococcus aureus and Enterococcus durans were detected. One minute and 60 min after washing hands with soap and flowing water, the sanitary eligible rates of the hands of young children were 53.33% and 56.67% respectively and no pathogenic bacteria were detected. One minute after washing hands with Bai-Di-Fen Skin Antibacterial Gel, the average total bacterial, count on the hands of young children was 102 cfu/hand, with an eligible rate of 90.00%. Sixty minutes after washing hand with the Antibacterial Gel, the eligible rate was kept at 66.67%. Conclusion The efficacy of Bai-Di-Feng Skin Antibacterial Gel in decontamination of hands of young children is better than that of washing hand with soap and flowing water and can persist for a certain time.更多还原
