【摘要】 目的建立测定藿香清胃片中栀子苷含量的高效液相色谱法。方法采用Agilent TC C18色谱柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),以乙腈-水(12∶88)为流动相,流速为0.8 ml/min,检测波长238 nm,柱温40℃。结果栀子苷浓度在0.07~0.64μg/ml范围内与峰面积呈良好的线性关系(r=0.999 9),平均回收率为100.5%~103.5%,RSD=1.12%(n=6)。结论本法简便、快捷、准确,灵敏度高,重现性好,可用于检测藿香清胃片中栀子苷的含量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To establish a method for determination of gardenoside in Huoxiang Qingwei Tablet by HPLC.Methods The Agilent TC C18 column(250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm)used was linked with UV detector operating at 238 nm,and the column temperature was maintained at 40℃.Acetonitrile-water(12∶88) was chosen as the mobile phase and flow speed was set at 0.8 ml/min.Results Good linear relationship was obtained with the content of gardenoside ranged from 0.07 μg/ml to 0.64 μg/ml(r=0.999 9).The recovery rates were 100.0%-103.5%(n=6) with RSD 1.12%.Conclusion The method is simple,quick,accurate and reliable.So it can be used to detect the content of gardenoside in Huoxiang Qingwei Tablet.更多还原
