浅谈水性聚氨酯汽车内饰涂料
Waterborne polyurethane automobile interior decoration coatings
【摘要】 简要介绍了生产汽车内饰件所用塑料的应用概况及汽车内饰涂料的特性要求,分析了水性双组分聚氨酯涂料的特性、环保优势和成膜原理,讨论了水性双组分聚氨酯汽车内饰涂料软触感的形成机制。
【Abstract】 This paper summaries the use situation of plastic for automobile interior parts and the demand for characteristic of interior part coatings;analyzes characteristics, environmental advantage and film forming mechanism of water-borne two-pack polyurethane coatings;and discusses the forming mechanism of soft tactility of water-borne two- pack polyurethane intedor decoration coatings.
