含铬废革屑对水体中有机物的吸附特性

【摘要】 系统研究了含铬废革屑对水体中染料、表面活性剂及芳羧酸的吸附特性。结果表明:废革屑对酸性染料(酸性嫩黄G)、直接染料(直接桃红12B)、阴离子表面活性剂(十二烷基苯磺酸钠)、邻苯二甲酸具有较强的吸附能力,吸附容量可分别达790、1032、389和1059mg/g。含铬废革屑对酸性染料、直接染料、阴离子表面活性剂的吸附平衡符合Lang- muir方程,而对邻苯二甲酸和水杨酸的吸附平衡符合Freundlich方程,这表明废革屑对上述有机物可能具有不同的吸附机理。废革屑对上述有机物的吸附动力学均符合拟二级速度方程。固定床吸附研究表明,含铬废革屑对染料和阴离子表面活性剂具有良好的固定床吸附特性,用0.1mol/L NaHCO3可将大部分的染料和表面活性剂解吸。

【Abstract】 The adsorption behaviors of chrome-containing leather waste to dyes,surfactants and aromatic organic acids in a- queous solutions were investigated.The results indicate that the acid dye (acid flavine G),direct dye (direct peachblow 12B), anionic surfactant(sodium dodecylbenze-nesulfonate,SDBS) and o-phthalic acid can be effectively adsorbed by chrome-con- taining leather waste.And their adsorption capacities on chrome-containing leather waste were 790mg/g,1 032mg/g,389mg/g and 1 059mg/g respectively.The adsorption equilibrium of chrome-containing leather waste to the dyes,and SDBS can be de- scribed by the Langmuir equation,while the adsorption of aromatic organic acids can be described by the Freundlich equation, showing that different adsorption mechanisms might be involved.The pseudo-second-order rate model gave perfect fitting to the adsorption kinetic data of these organic compounds on the chrome-containing leather waste.Further more,satisfactory column adsorption behaviors of chrome-containing leather waste for the adsorption of dyes and anionic surfactant were observed,and the column can be regenerated by using 0.1 mol/L NaHCO3.
