【摘要】 目的探讨后腹腔镜肾囊肿去顶术的方法及疗效。方法26例采用全身麻醉,开放小切口手指分离法或IUPU法建立后腹腔操作空间。根据腰大肌、腹膜外脂肪、腹膜、肾周筋膜等标志,寻找肾囊肿,距肾实质0.5cm切除囊壁去顶。结果26例肾囊肿均获手术成功,手术时间30～120min,平均48min;术中出血10～80mL,平均25mL;术后住院3～5d。26例病理报告为良性病变。18例术后3～18个月B超复查,未见囊肿复发。结论后腹腔镜肾囊肿去顶术是安全、有效的方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 [Objective] To explore the techniques and efficacy of retropritoneal laparoscopic operations in the treatment of renal cyst.[Methods] A total of 26 patients were operated on under jeneral anesthesia operation space in petropritoneal was made by opening a small cut to be separated from with fingers or IUPU method on the basis of some signs such as major psous muscle.Abdominal membranous fat abdominal membrane renal fascia renal cyst was found.All cysts were unroofed 0.5 cm far from renal parenchyma results the operation were successfully accomplished in all the 26 patients.The operation time was 30～120min(mean,48 min).The intraoporative blood was 10～80 mL(mean,25 mL)the postoperative hospital was 3～5 days pathological examinathon exported benign in 26 patients 18 patients were followed of 3～18 months.No recurrence was found under B-supersonic.[Conclusion] Retropertoneal laparoscopic unroofing is a safe and effective procedure for renal cyst更多还原
