【摘要】 本文分析了创新煤炭产业生态环境经济补偿机制的必要性和紧迫性,探讨了这一机制的基本框架,并提出了相关的政策建议。

【Abstract】 In this paper, it analyses the necessity and urgency of economic compensation mechanisms for ecological environment caused by innovating coal industry. At the same time, it discusses the basic framework of mechanisms, and puts forwards some correlative policy suggestions
