【摘要】 2003年以来,国际原油价格进入高位运行阶段,而石油市场化定价机制改革的深化也使得国内经济日益暴露于油价波动风险,引起各界关注与思考。本文站在经济社会可持续发展的角度,通过经验事实与理论分析,提出并论证了国际油价长期被低估的属性,而油价低估对世界政治经济、环境、能源替代升级造成了一系列不利影响。在此语境下,结合油价高位运行的现实背景和中国能源经济存在的问题,讨论了中国的战略选择。更多还原

【Abstract】 The price of international crude oil has run into a stage of high level since 2003.Meanwhile,the reform of pricing mechanism makes domestic economy increasingly suffer risk exposure from the volatile oil price,which caused attentions widely.This paper demonstrates the nature of international petroleum price under-estimated,while the cheap oil has resulted in a series of negative impact on the world politics and economy,environment as well as energy alternative by evidences and analysis from the viewpoint of sustain-able development.In this context,we discuss the strategic choice of China to consider the realism of high price and energy economy problem.更多还原
