【摘要】 目的总结切除巨大脑膜瘤的显微手术经验和技巧。方法回顾性总结分析我院自1990年6月至2006年6月收治的巨大脑膜瘤102例患者的临床资料。肿瘤直径均≥7cm,其中最大者直径>14cm。结果按照脑膜瘤切除的Simpson分级标准,肿瘤Ⅰ类切除76例,Ⅱ类切除19例,Ⅲ类切除7例。结果良好80例,好转18例,死亡4例。结论术中妥善保护好矢状窦及中央沟静脉等重要结构,精巧的显微手术技巧,积极处理并发症有助于提高巨大脑膜瘤全切除率,减少病残率。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objectives To summary the experience in intreating giant meningiomas by microsurgery and the operative technique. Method The clinical data of 102 patients with the giant meningiomas (diameter≥7.0 cm) undergoing microsurgery in our department from June 1990 to June 2006 were analyzed retrospectively. Results According to Simpson grading of minigiomas resection, grade Ⅰ was achieved in 76 cases, grade Ⅱ in 19, grade Ⅲ in 7. Eighty patients recovered well, 18 were improved and 4 died. Conclusion The skillful microsurgical technique, the prompt treatment of the postoperative complications are helpful to enhancing the rate of total resection of the tumor and decreasing disabled rate.更多还原
