液压压力控制系统参数求解及系统仿真分析
Parameter Solving of Hydraulic Pressure Control System and System Simulation Analysis
【摘要】 采用一种用于求解非线性方程组的遗传算法对辨识获得的系统传递函数进行参数求解,依照解得的系统参数获得系统的开环模型。通过对开环模型进行仿真并与实测输出曲线对比,验证了遗传算法求解液压伺服系统参数的可行性。同时,通过分析仿真结果,找出了材料试验机比例压力控制系统与伺服压力控制系统在辨识方法上的差别。
【Abstract】 The paper adopted a kind of Generic Algorithm(GA) which can solve the nonlinear equations to achieve the system parameters from the transfer function identified and constructed the open loop model of the system.By comparing the simulation results of the open loop and the actual testing curves of the system,the possibility of using GA to gain the system parameters of hydraulic servo system was proven.While,by analyzing the simulation results,the differences of identification methods are found on material testing machine’s proportional and servo pressure control systems.
