高内表面质量铝合金矩形管拉拔成形工艺研究

【摘要】 为了研究矩形管拉拔成形工艺,采用有限元分析软件Deform-3D建立了铝合金圆形管拉拔成矩形管的有限元分析模型,并对拉拔工艺的整个过程进行了模拟分析,获得了拉拔过程中起皱缺陷的形成机理,为此,经过多次有限元方法(finite element method,FEM)分析,找到了合理过渡矩形管件形状及模孔锥角的最佳范围为10°~12°。根据铝合金矩形管产品对内表面质量无拉痕的要求,进一步调整了相关工艺参数,择优后过渡矩形的长弧边高度为5mm,短弧边高度为3mm,最佳模孔锥角为11°。得到了拉拔力与模孔锥度之间的关系曲线。研究成果对矩形管的实际生产具有指导作用。

【Abstract】 The finite element model of the forming process of aluminum circular tube to rectangle tube was established based on FEM software Deform-3D to analyze the process of rectangle tube drawing.The forming process was simulated and analyzed.The cause of crinkling in the process of drawing was acquired.Hence,the reasonable shape of transition is found through FEM analyzes many times,and the best choice of mould hole angle is the range between 10 and 12 degrees.Furthermore,according to the requirements of aluminum alloy rectangle tube without the mark of pull,adjustments of the related processing parameters were offered to be as the reference for rectangle tube forming with high quality.After the adjustments,the height of long arc of transition shape is 5mm,and the height of short arc of transition shape is 3mm.The proper angle of mould hole is 11 degrees.At the same time,the relation curve between drawing force and angle of mould hole is gained.The research results will contribute to production.
