辛硫磷急性中毒对鸡血清及组织相关酶活性的影响

【摘要】 选择24只11~12月龄的罗曼蛋鸡灌服辛硫磷,剂量分别为:Ⅰ组15.625mg/kg体重(低剂量),Ⅱ组31.25mg/kg体重(中剂量),Ⅲ组对照。在灌药前和灌药后1、3、6、12、24h分别采血,试验结束后采集心脏和肝脏,检测血清和组织中胆碱酯酶(ChE)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性的动态变化。结果表明,中剂量组和低剂量组分别于灌药后45min和60min出现明显的中毒症状;与对照组相比,两个试验组血清ChE活性显著降低(P<0.01),呈现先抑制后逐渐恢复的变化趋势,12h时血清ChE活性降至最低,Ⅰ组和Ⅱ组分别为灌药前的19.14%和18.73%;肝脏和心脏ChE活性明显下降,与对照组差异显著(P<0.05或P<0.01);血清SOD活性在灌药后3~12h明显下降(P<0.05或P<0.01)。提示鸡辛硫磷急性中毒的临床症状与血清ChE活性变化相一致,ChE活性最低时中毒症状最严重,随着ChE活性的恢复中毒症状逐渐减轻,且在中毒过程中机体遭受氧化应激。

【Abstract】 Twenty-four Lohmann layers(11 to 12 months old) were orally administrated low dosage(15.625 mg/kg body weight)and middle dosage(31.25 mg/kg body weight) of phoxim. The serum samples were collected before administration and 1,3,6,12 and 24 hours after administration. Heart and liver were collected after the last administration. Activities of cholinesterase(ChE),superoxide dismutase(SOD) in serum,heart and liver were measured. The onset of phoxim poisoning occurred 45 and 60 minutes after administration of middle and low dosage,respectively. Compared with the control,the activity of ChE in serum of two experiment groups were inhibited very significantly after administration(P<0.01) and the activity recovered later. The activity of ChE in serum reached a minimum level of 19.14% and 18.73% in the low and middle dosage groups,respectively. Activities of ChE in liver and heart after administration were decreased significantly compared to the control group(P<0.05 or P<0.01). The activity of SOD in serum was decreased significantly 3 to 12 hours after administration(P<0.05 or P<0.01). The results indicated that the symptoms of phoxim poisoning in layers were consistent with the activity of ChE and acute poisoning of phoxim could result in oxidative stress in Lohmann layer.
