【摘要】 目的探索利用计算机统计免疫规划接种率的方法。方法利用EPI Data在CHK文件中建立各种疫苗的接种起始月龄标准和超期接种标准,将各种疫苗的接种日期与相应标准对照,判断合格接种情况,采用SPSS 13.0Custom Tables模块产生接种率汇总报表。结果该方法能准确对国家免疫规划疫苗接种起始月龄、接种间隔和超期接种情况进行判断,可据此判断5种疫苗合格接种和全程合格接种情况,并通过SPSS软件产生接种率汇总表。结论从根本上解决了接种起始月龄计算机判断与人工判断的不一致,可以利用计算机替代手工进行合格接种率的判断。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To find out the methods of calculating the immunization coverage by computer.Methods Establish the standards to identify the starting date for vaccination and that for overdue immunization by check files in EPI Data.By this way,the vaccinaion date of each vaccine was compared with the respective standards to justify whether immunization date is qualified.Utilize SPSS 13.0 Custom Tables module to create a summary Table on vaccine coverage.Results With the above methods the users could justify the starting dates,intervals and overdue condition of vaccine immunization precisely,further Justify whether the immunization for single vaccine and full doses of all four vaccines,and produce the summary table for vaccine coverage through SPSS.Conclusions The above methods solve the existing problem of the discrepancy in Justify the starting dates of vaccination between by computer and manual calculating,and could be used to replace the previously used manually Justification.更多还原
