【摘要】 目的探讨维持性血液透析血压正常和合并高血压患者的血小板活化功能。方法采用流式细胞计量术检测上海交通大学附属第六人民医院肾脏风湿科24例血压正常血液透析和24例合并高血压血液透析患者的外周血血小板CD62P的表达,以20例正常人为对照。同时检测并比较3组血小板计数。结果血液透析患者中血压正常组[(13.84±8.51)vs(2.78±1.04),P<0.01]和高血压组[(21.67±9.54)vs(2.78±1.04),P<0.01]外周血CD62P表达均较正常对照组显著增高;高血压组外周血CD62P较血压正常组患者显著性增高[(21.67±9.54)vs(13.84±8.51),P<0.01];3组血小板计数差异无显著性。结论血液透析患者中存在明显的血小板活化,尤其是合并高血压者。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the expression and significance of platelet activation in maintenance hemodialysis(MHD) patients with or without hypertension.Methods The expression of CD62P in blood of 24 hypertension MHD patients and 24 non-hypertensive MHD patients were assessed by flow cytometry,and compared with that of 20 normal controls.At the same time the platlet count(PLC) was determined in three groups.Results Compared to control group,CD62P level was significantly higher in hypertensive MHD patients [(18.92 ± 12.71)vs(2.78 ± 1.04),P < 0.01]and non-hypertensive MHD patients [(13.84 ± 8.51) vs(2.78 ± 1.04),P < 0.01].The level of CD62P in hypertensive MHD patients,was significantly higher than that in no hypertensive MHD patients[(21.67±9.54) vs(13.84±8.51),P<0.01).There was no significant difference of the level of PL among the three groups.Conclusion Expression of platelet activation in MHD patients are abnormal,especially in hypertensive MHD patients with maintenance hemodialysis.更多还原
