【摘要】 目的了解山东省济南市城乡居民血脂水平情况。方法采用整群抽样方法分别从济南市城区和农村抽取1 929名35~70岁城乡居民为调查对象。检测血脂总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C),并按性别、年龄组进行对比分析。结果城市居民TC、TG、HDL-C和LDL-C均值高于农村居民,差异均有统计学意义。结论城市居民血脂各参数均值均高于农村居民。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the characteristics of blood lipid metabolism between city and country in Jinan.Methods A total of 1929 nesidents aged 35 to 70 were selected with the method of cluster sampling between city and country of Jinan.To comprare the TC、TG、HDL-C and LDL-C according to sex and age.Results The metablism level of TC、TG、HDL-C and LDL-C was higher in city than in country,and there were significant statistically differences(P<0.05 or 0.01).Conclusion The lipid level of residents in city was higher than that in country.更多还原
