含铬高硅铁基合金组织和性能的研究
AN INVESTIGATION ON THE MICROSTRUCTURE AND PROPERTIES OF Cr-CONTAINING HIGH-SILICON IRON-BASE ALLOYS
【摘要】 用中频感应电炉熔炼获得不同Cr含量高Si铁基合金试样。借助光学显微镜、扫描电镜和力学性能检测设备及腐蚀性能检测仪器等手段,分析和研究了含Cr高Si铁基合金的组织、力学性能和耐腐蚀性能。结果表明:含Cr高Si铁基合金的共晶石墨数量少,分散度高,组织细小;当Cr含量>5.2%时,大量的富Cr相在晶界处析出;当Cr加入量为4.5% ̄6.5%时,其力学性能和耐硝酸腐蚀性能最好,冲击韧性达1.66 J/cm2,腐蚀速率仅为6.3119 g/h.m2;含Cr高Si铁基合金在H2SO4中的腐蚀速率随着Cr含量增加而增加。
【Abstract】 The different compositions of Cr-containing high-silicon iron-base alloys were designed and melted in medium-frequency induction furnace.The microstructure,the mechanical properties and the corrosion resistance of the alloy was conducted by using metallographic and scanning electron microscope.The results showed that,the amount of eutectic graphite in Cr-containing high-silicon iron-base alloys was little,the dispersion degree was high,the grain was small;with the increase of addtion of Cr,the amount of eutectic graphite was less.When the addition of Cr >5.2%,a lot of new phase rich in Cr separated out at the grain boundary.The mechanical properties and the corrosion-resistant properties of the alloy was good when added 4.5%~6.5% Cr,the dynamic ductility of that is 1.3 J/cm2,and the corrosion rate of the alloy in nitric acid was the lowest,reached 6.3119 g/h·m2;but the corrosion rate of alloy in the sulfuric acid increased with increasing the of Cr content.
