【摘要】 目的:了解非意愿妊娠青少年父母教养方式。方法:采用"父母养育方式评价量表"(EMBU)对621名到青春期生殖健康服务门诊就诊的青少年进行了测评。结果:妊娠组与非妊娠组青少年在父亲的情感温暖与理解、惩罚严厉、拒绝否认因子上差异显著(P<0.05～0.001),妊娠组青少年的父亲表现出较少的情感温暖与理解关心,过多的惩罚严厉及拒绝否认;两组在母亲的情感温暖与理解、过干涉过保护、拒绝否认、惩罚严厉因子上差异显著(P<0.05～0.001),妊娠组青少年的母亲表现出较少的情感温暖与理解关心、过干涉过保护、过多的拒绝否认及惩罚严厉。结论:青少年非意愿妊娠的发生与不良的父母教养方式密切相关。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the characteristics of the parental rearing behaviors among the unwanted pregnant adolescents.Methods:By means of EMBU questionnaire,621 adolescents were assessed in Adolescents’ Reproductive Health Clinics.Results:There were significant difference in emotional warmth and understanding,punishment and rejection of father(P<0.05~0.001)between the pregnant and the non pregnant.There were significant difference in emotional warmth and understanding,over involvement,over protection,rejection and punishment of mother between the two types.The mothers of the pregnant adolescents behaved less emotional warmth and understanding,over involvement,over protection,more rejection and punishment.Conclusion:There is correlation between the unwanted pregnancy among the adolescents and the incorrect parental rearing behaviors.更多还原
