【摘要】 目的:分析妊娠合并糖尿病对孕产妇及围产儿结局的影响。方法:回顾性分析11年来在我院产科住院分娩的26例妊娠合并糖尿病病人及26例健康孕妇的母胎预后情况。结果:糖尿病组孕产妇妊高征、酮症酸中毒、羊水过多、感染、早产、剖宫产、巨大胎儿、胎儿呼吸窘迫、畸形、死胎死产的发生率分别为42.3%、61.5%、19.2%、38.5%、53.8%、88.5%、34.6%、7.7%、11.5%、7.7%,高于对照组7.7%、0%、7.7%、0%、23.1%、80.8%、3.8%、0%、0%、0%。结论:糖尿病对母婴健康均存在一定影响,主要造成孕产妇病理妊娠、羊水过多、感染、早产等;对于胎儿,则主要引起巨大儿、呼吸窘迫、畸形及死胎死产。以上各项发生率均与母体孕期血糖控制情况相关。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To study the effect of diabetes mellitus(DM)in gestation to mother and her infant.Methods:26 pregnant women with diabetes mellitus and 26 healthy pregnant women were investigated.Results:In DM group,the incidence of pregnancy-induced hypertension syndrome,ketoacidosis,hydramnios,infection,preterm labour,uterine-incision delivery,fetal macrosomia,respiratory embarrassment,malformation and perinatal death was 42.3%、61.5%、19.2%、38.5%、53.8%、88.5%、34.6%、7.7%、11.5%、7.7% respectively,and in control group,the incidence was 7.7%、0%、7.7%、0%、23.1%、80.8%、3.8%、0%、0%、0% respectively.The incidence of complication in diabetic group was higher than that in control group.Conclusion:The diabetes mellitus can badly affect the health of pregnant mother and infant.For mother it mainly cause pathological pregnancy,hydramnios,infection and preterm labour,for infant it may cause fetal macrosomia,respiratory embarrassment,malformation and perinatal death,which are all correlated with the level of glucose.更多还原
