【摘要】 目的通过分析异位妊娠患者采用药物保守治疗的疗效与各项临床特征的关系,探讨能够影响治疗效果的临床特征。方法回顾性分析2001年6月~2005年7月我院收治的确诊为异位妊娠并采用保守治疗的患者79例,全部采用米非司酮联合甲氨喋呤治疗,其中治疗成功51例,治疗失败28例,分析两组患者在年龄、孕产次、停经天数、包块大小、是否有阴道流血、血β-HCG以及血清的孕酮水平等各项临床特征与治疗结局之间的关系。结果两组之间患者的年龄、孕产次、停经天数、包块大小以及血β-HCG等方面无明显差异,是否有阴道流血以及两组患者血清的孕酮水平之间存在显著差异。结论患者血清孕酮水平、是否有阴道流血可能是影响患者保守治疗疗效的因素之一。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:By analyzing the relationship between the success of conservative therapeutic treatment and clinical characters to find any clinical character influencing the outcome of treatment.Methods:79 patients were diagnosed as ectopic pregnancy from June 2001 to July 2005, all of them received conservative therapeutic treatment by taking mifepristone combined with methotrexate. 51 patients succeeded and 28 patients failed. The relationship between the outcome of treatment and some clinical characters, such as age, times of pregnancy and delivery, days of amenorrhea, size of mass, vaginal bleeding, level of β-HCG and progestin were analyzed..Results:No obvious difference were observed in the following clinical characters between the two groups: age, times of pregnancy and delivery, days of amenorrhea, size of mass, level of β-HCC,while vaginal bleeding and level of progestin were different between two groups.Conclusion:Vaginal bleeding and level of progestin might be the factors influencing the conservative therapeutic effect.更多还原
