【摘要】 目的:探讨妊娠糖尿病患者血清脂联素和TNF-α水平的变化,研究其与胰岛素抵抗的关系。方法:选取12名妊娠糖尿病患者和20名正常妊娠妇女作为研究对象。测定受试者血浆脂联素和TNF-α水平,比较脂联素和TNF-α水平的关系,分析两者与胰岛素抵抗指数的相关性。结果:妊娠期糖尿病患者脂联素水平下降(P<0.05),TNF-α水平升高(P<0.05),脂联素与TNF-α呈负相关(r为0.32,P<0.05);脂联素与IR呈负相关(r为0.41,P<0.05);TNF-α与IR呈正相关(r为0.36,P<0.05);结论:妊娠糖尿病患者血清脂联素升高,同时TNF-α水平下降,两者与胰岛素抵抗有着密切的关系。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the relationship between serum adiponectin and TNF-α and insulin resistance in the GDM patients.Methods:Serum adiponectin and TNF-αconcentration was measured in 20 pregnant women and 12 gestational diabetes mellitus patients. Correlative analysis was carried out of the serum adiponectin with TNF-α and IR.Results:Serum adiponectin was significantly lower(P<0.05) in gestational diabetes mellitus patients than that in control group.Serum TNF-α was significantly higher(P<0.05) in gestational diabetes mellitus patients. Serum adiponectin was negatively correlated with TNF-α(P<0.05).The serum TNF-αconcentration levels was positively correlated with IR(P<0.05).Serum adiponectin was negatively correlated with IR(P<0.05).Conclusion:The Serum adiponectin level advanced in gestational diabetes mellitus patients significantly.Serum TNF-α level decreased in gestational diabetes mellitus patients significantly.
