【摘要】 目的:探讨妇科门诊患者尿失禁的严重程度及其对生活质量的影响。方法:对2003年11月~2004年12月就诊于广州市妇婴医院妇科门诊年龄为18~86岁的1 880例女性患者以调查表进行面对面问卷调查。调查内容有一般状况(包括年龄、身高、体重、婚姻状况、收入、文化程度)、尿失禁的症状及其严重程度、尿失禁对患者心理的影响、尿失禁对日常生活的影响、尿失禁对性生活的影响、尿失禁对生活质量的影响。结果:病人对此疾病认识严重缺乏,尿失禁对患者生理、心理、日常生活、性生活及生活质量有较大的影响。结论:应采取措施提高人们对尿失禁的认识。提高公众的健康意识、提高医生的理念、技术,提高妇女的生活质量,实现真正意义上的健康。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To assess the severity of symptoms and the impact of urinary incontinence on health related quality of life.Methods:A UI-specific questionnaire was administered to 1880 women who came to the obstetrics and gynecology clinic of the Maternal and Infant Hospital of Guangzhou.These women completed a questionnaire that included general condition(age,height,weight,income,the level of education) and the women who confirmed any involuntary loss of urine were asked about the circumstance of leakage(eg,coughing,sneezing,laughing,et al),the frequency of leakage and the amount of leakage.In addition,the patients reported the impact of urinary incontinence on the psychosocial,lifetimes,sexual function and health related quality of life.Data were entered and statistical analysis were performed by Mann-Whitney non-parametric Test and Spearman test were calculated.P values < 0.05 were considered statistically significant.Results:Significantly differences are observed in the psychosocial,the lifetimes,the sexual urinary incontinence is a common disease which has extensive influence to quality of life,including the psychosocial,the lifetimes,the sexual function and the health related quality of life,especially the frequency of leakage affected the quality of life.Conclusion:We should increase the aware of the public about health care,promote the skill and improve the quality and availability of health care.更多还原
