【摘要】 目的调查辽宁地区常见肿瘤的性别、疾病构成及血型分布特点,并进行相关性分析。方法对4501例肿瘤患者ABO血型分布进行分析,并用χ2检验进行统计学处理。结果除骨肿瘤外,其他肿瘤患者的血型分布与正常对照组相比,均有显著性差异(P<0.01)。A型血人和AB型血人患除骨肿瘤外其他肿瘤以及B型血人患肺肿瘤的相对危险度均明显增高(P<0.01),B型血人患肠肿瘤及A型血人患骨肿瘤的相对危险度也较高(P<0.05)。O型血人患各种肿瘤以及B型血人患除肺肿瘤、肠肿瘤外其他肿瘤疾病的相对危险度与正常人比较无显著性差异。除肝肿瘤外其他肿瘤疾病的血型分布与性别无联系。结论辽宁地区A型血人和AB型血人易患肿瘤,B型血人易患肠肿瘤和肺肿瘤。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the relationship between ABO blood type and tumors in Liaoning. Methods ABO blood type of 4501 tumors patients in Liaoning were analyzed which were examined by the chisquare test(χ2) statistics. Results The distribution of ABO blood group between tumour patients and healthy person was very significant difference(P<0.01), except bone tumor. The relative risk that A and AB type person sufferring from tumors except for bone tumor was to increase obviously(P<0.01), the same to lung tumor of B type person. The relative risk that A type person sufferring from bone tumors and B type one sufferring from intestinal tumors was higher than others(P<0.05). The relative risk that O and B type person suffer from tumors except for lung and intestinal tumor of B type person wasn’t significant difference with healthy person. The distribution of ABO blood group between tumor patients except for tumor of liver and health person wasn’t related. Conclusion A and AB type person has liable to tumors. B type person has liable to lung tumor and intestinal tumor in Liaoning.更多还原
