【摘要】 目的比较国产琥珀酰明胶与进口琥珀酰明胶对机体血液流变学的影响。方法60例骨科下肢手术病人,随机分为国产组(G组,n=30)与进口组(J组,n=30),每例在术前各输入国产或进口琥珀酰明胶1 000mL。分别于输液前、输液后30min、4h、24h时,采血测定全血黏度高切、中切和低切时的血液黏度,血浆黏度,全血还原黏度,红细胞压积,红细胞计数,红细胞聚集指数,红细胞电泳时间,血沉,血沉方程K值,纤维蛋白原等指标。结果两组病人在输液后30min、4h、24h时的全血黏度高切、中切和低切时的血液黏度,红细胞压积,红细胞计数,红细胞电泳时间,纤维蛋白原较输注前都明显降低(P<0.05),而血沉和血沉方程K值较输注前却明显升高(P<0.05),所有指标两组间比较都无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论琥珀酰明胶降低全血黏度,有利于微循环灌注;国产琥珀酰明胶对血液流变学的影响与进口琥珀酰明胶完全一致,可以代替进口。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To compare the effect of domestic and import succinylated gelatin on blood rheology.Methods 60 adult American Standards Association I-lI Patients(male 33,female 27) for selective operation on lower extremities were enrolled in the study.The Patients were randomly divided into domestic succinylated gelatin groups(G group,n=30) receiving domestics gelatin succinate 1000mL before operation and import the succinylated gelatin groups(J group,n=30) receiving import gelofusine 1000mL.Venious blood samples were taken before anesthesia,30min,4h and24 h after the fluid had been infused for determination of blood viscosity(mPa·S200·S-1,mPa·S30·S-1,mPa·S3·S-1),Plasma viscosity,blood reduced viscosity,hematocrit(HCT),red blood cell count(RCC),index of erythrocyte aggregation,index of RBC deformation,index of RBC rigidity,erythrocyte electrophoretic time,erythrocyte sedimentation rate(ESR),ESR of equations K value,fibrin(Fib),et al.Results Two groups could decrease blood viscosity(mPa·S200·S-1,mPa·S30·S-1,mPa·S3·S-1),HCT,RBC,erythrocyte electrophoretic time and Fib at 30 min、4h、24h after infusion(P <0.05);But ESR and ESR of equations K value to compared before inputting the liquid increase obviously(P <0.05).All with two index signs relatively all has no special difference(P >0.05).Conclusion Succinylated gelatin can significantly improve blood rheology and is beneficial for the microcirculatory Perfusion.Effect of domestic succinylated gelatin on blood rheology is in accordance with import the succinylated gelatin completely,can replace to import.更多还原
