【摘要】 目的观察强脉冲激光治疗面部寻常型痤疮的疗效。方法应用光子痤疮治疗仪治疗57例面部寻常型痤疮患者,病情Ⅱ～Ⅲ级(炎性和非炎性皮损总数分别为20～45个和48～90个),治疗波长415nm,每周2次,治疗时间4～6w,观察记录临床反应。结果57例患者总有效率69.1%,皮脂溢出减少率61.1%。治疗期间,未发现刺激皮炎等不良反应。结论强脉冲激光(415nm)照射治疗面部寻常型痤疮效果较好,疗程较短,治疗过程安全,可以作为治疗Ⅱ～Ⅲ级炎性痤疮的有效方法,尤其对于不能耐受内服或外用药物治疗者提供了一种安全有效的治疗方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the result of treating face acne vulgaris uwith intense pulsed light.Methods 57 patients with acne vugaris of degree 2 or 3(total numbers of lesions were 20 to 45,48 to 98,respectively) were treated with clearlight at 415 nm wave length twice per week for 4 to 6 weeks.Clinical responses were recorded.Results It showed that total effective rate was 69.1% and the rate of sebaceous decrease was 61.1%.The local adverse effects such as irritation and dermatitis were not observed during the treatment.Conclusion The clearlight(wave length 415nm) is an effective and safe method for treating acne vulgaris(degree 2 or 3) and treating duration shortens.The therapy is relatively an ideal treated method especially to the patients who have developed problematic adverse events.更多还原
