【摘要】 目的探讨老年原发性高血压并阵发性心房颤动后心脏结构和功能改变的分析。方法124例原发性高血压患者分为两组,A组:并发PAF的老年原发性高血压患者52例;B组:无PAF的老年原发性高血压患者72例;全部病例均进行24h动态心电图、彩色多普勒超声心动图及24h动态血压的监测。结果原发性高血压并阵发性心房颤动者,左心房和左心室扩大,左心室射血分数减低,瓣膜退行性改变,与老年原发性高血压窦性心率患者有显著差异性,P<0.01。结论及时对心脏状况做出评价,将有利于对老年原发性高血压并短阵房颤患者早期预防和治疗。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To discuss the heart structure and function change in the older primary hypertension with atrial fibrillation. Methods 124 patients with primary hypertension were divided into two groups: PAF group 52,without PAF 72,they all have holter ECG monitoring,Colorful imaging and holter pressure monitoring. Results Left artial and ventricular became large LVEF decaded and ventricular changed in primary hypertension with atrial fibrillation. There was different significance (P<0.01 ).Conclusion To know about the heart structure and function change in time is help for early prevention and treatment in the older primary hypertension with atrial fibrillation.更多还原
