微操作机器人显微视觉系统研究
Research on Micro-vision System of Micro-manipulator
【摘要】 分析了显微视觉系统的基本原理和组成,给出了其在微操作领域的应用现状,提出了显微视觉系统亟待解决的一些关键问题,并对这些关键问题的解决方案进行了探讨。提出并设计了一种面向亚毫米级微零件装配的基于正交方式实现的立体显微视觉方案,形成对三维微装配空间的立体监视,系统的精度为2.5μm,满足了微装配要求。
【Abstract】 The principle and architecture of micro-vision system are analyzed, and the application status of the system in micro-manipulation field is introduced. Some key problems to be immediately solved and their solutions are discussed. A stereo microscopic vision framework based on orthogonal implementation is proposed and designed to provide 3-D visual information for assembling micro-parts sub-millimeter sizes. The accuracy of the system is 2.5μm, which meets the requirement of micro-assembly.
