光纤器件流变制造温控系统研制
Research in Temperature Control System of Optic Devices Manufacture
【摘要】 熔融拉锥法是制作熔锥型光纤器件的基本工艺[1],常采用火焰加热。由于火焰形成的温度场不稳定,严重影响了耦合器等光纤器件性能的一致性[2]。设计了一种以电阻加热器为发热元件的PID温控系统,建立了其数学模型,运用MATLAB计算出控制参数,采用所得PID控制参数,经过在线调试,获得了良好的控制效果。
【Abstract】 Fused biconical taper is a basic production technology of fused taper optic devices.Flame heating is usually selected.Because of the instability of flame temperature field,the conformity of the optic devices is not good.A PID temperature control system is designed,using the microresistance heater as heating element.By building mathematic model,the MATLAB tool is applied to calculate the controlling parameter of PID.Based on the parameter,the temperature control equipments is finished in good working order.
