贵州余庆小叶苦丁茶配糖体成分的分离与鉴定

【摘要】 目的:研究贵州余庆小叶苦丁茶的化学成分。方法:采用溶剂萃取、柱层析和薄层层析方法分离目标化合物,并用波谱学方法完成化合物的结构分析与鉴定。结果:分离获得并鉴定了两个单萜类化合物Ⅰ和Ⅱ。结论:化合物Ⅰ和Ⅱ均为首次从该植物中获得。

【Abstract】 AIM: To study the chemical constituents of thick privet from thick privet, Ligustrum robust BL, from Yuqing county, Guizhou Province. METHODS: The compounds were separated by solvent extraction, column chromatography and thin layer chromatography on silica gel and their structures were elucidated by spectroscopic means. RESULTS: Two monoterpenoid glycosides(Ⅰ and Ⅱ) were isolated and identified. CONCLUSION: Compounds Ⅰ and Ⅱ were isolated from this plant for the first time.
