三维打印技术制备豆腐果苷零级控释片研究

【摘要】 目的:应用三维打印技术制备豆腐果苷零级控释片。方法:通过对片剂局部组成及结构进行选择与设计,利用三维打印技术制备了豆腐果苷馅饼型多层控释片,并对所制备的片剂进行常规分析、结构分析及体外释药试验。结果:控释片的各项性能符合相关标准;ESEM显示药片不同部分的结构与组成有差异;体外溶出实验表明三维打印技术制备的控释片中95.29的豆腐果苷在7个小时内能以零级速率释放。结论:三维打印技术能应用于豆腐果苷片研究开发中。

【Abstract】 AIM: To use three dimensional printing (3DP) technology to prepare zero-order controlled-release tablets of helicid. METHODS: With selection of compositions and design of structure, donut-shape multi-layer tablets fabricated by 3DP were evaluated through the routine tablet analysis, structure analysis and dissolution tests in vitro. RESULTS: All the tested parameters of tablets met the relevant standards. It was clear from the ESEM imagines that different regions of the tablets had different compositions and structure. 95.29% helicid could be released at a zero-order rate in 7 h. CONCLUSION: 3DP can be employed in the research and development of dosage forms for helicid.
