【摘要】 目的随着医疗服务的发展,"以病人为中心"的医疗服务模式已经成为当前我国现代医院改革与发展的主题。通过了解住院病人对病房环境的适度感评价,为改进医院的相关管理提供客观依据。方法自行设计"住院病人对病房环境的适度感评价调查问卷",通过对3所医院普外科住院病人的问卷调查,了解住院病人对病房环境的适度感评价。结果3所医院普外科住院病人对病房总体评价满意率为66.2%,总体满意评价对病人病情转归的影响无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论及建议从住院病人的需求角度出发,包括物质环境的需求及患者的心理需求,探讨影响住院病人对医院、病房适度感评价的因素,以及提高住院病人对医院、病房环境评价的问题。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective As the development of the medical treatment serve,the medical treatment service mode of "take patient as the center"has already become the current modern hospital reform and the topic of the developments in our country.Through getting knowing the appropriate feeling evaluation of inpatient to the sickroom environment,to analyze the relation between the inpatients,appropriate feeling evaluation of the hospitalization environment and desease recovery,and provide the objective basis for the related management that improves the hospital. Method We design "the inquisition questionnaire of the inpatients"appropriate feeling evaluation to sickroom environment by ourselves,through the appropriate feeling evaluation to common surgery inpatients of three hospitals,to get knowing the inpatients appropriate feeling evaluation to the sickroom environment. Result The inpatients that are satisfied with the sickroom environment in total are 66.2%,it did not show obvious difference of the influence that patients’ condition turns to return(P>0.05). Discussion and Suggestion From inpatients’ need angle,including the need to the material environment and mental need of sufferer,to analyze the factors which influence inpatients’ appropriate feeling evaluation of hospital and the sickroom.Moreover,to inquiry into the problem of raising inpatients’ evaluation of the sickroom and hospital environment.更多还原
