【摘要】 目的观察缬芎通脉滴丸对实验性血栓形成的抑制作用。方法采用大鼠颈总动-静脉内置丝线的旁路导管诱发血栓形成法,按复方缬芎大、中、小剂量(150,90,30 mg.kg-1.d-1)分别给药,检测实验性血栓形成的湿重及抑制率。结果缬芎通脉滴丸对大鼠血栓形成的抑制率为30.0%～40.0%,可明显减轻血栓湿重(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论缬芎通脉滴丸对实验性血栓形成有显著抑制作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the inhibitory effects of xiexiong tongmai diwan on experimental thrombosis. Methods Silk suture was put into the common carotid artery-jugular vein to induce experimental thrombosis in the bypass vessel.The rats were fed with drugs(150,90,30 mg·kg-1·d-1).The dry weight and inhibition rate were tested. Results The inhibition rate of xiexiong tongmai diwan on experimental thrombosis were 30.0%-40.0% with the wet weight of thrombus significantly decreased(P<0.05 or <0.01). Conclusion Xiexiong tongmai diwan has significantly inhibitory effect on experimental thrombosis.更多还原
