【摘要】 目的:探讨腹部疾病合并糖尿病手术患者术后观察及护理的要点。方法:对84例患者术前做好心理护理和健康指导,有效控制血糖,术后注意病情观察和血糖监测,保持引流通畅,既要控制血糖,又要注意营养支持,加强基础护理,做好出院指导。结果:84例患者术后切口感染5例,低血糖1例,平均住院15.5 d。结论:充分的术前准备、精心细致的术后护理能有效地预防并发症,对确保手术效果有重要作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To study the postoperative observation and nursing care for patients with abdominal disease complicated with diabetes.Methods: Psychological nursing and health instructions were given to the 84 cases preoperatively,and their blood sugar controlled effectively.During the postoperative period,attentions were paid to patient’s condition observation、blood sugar monitoring and controlling、adequate drainage、nutritional support、 basic nursing and discharge instructions.Results: Of the 84 cases,5 developed wound infection,1 hypoglycemia.The mean hospitalization time was 15.5 days.Conclusion: Adequate preoperative preparation and meticulous postoperative nursing care can effectively prevent complications,and they are of much importance to operative effect.更多还原
