【摘要】 目的分析、总结慢性肝病患者肢体感染的临床诊治特点。方法回顾分析29例慢性肝病患者并发严重肢体感染的临床资料,总结其临床表现、治疗方案。结果慢性肝病患者肢体感染尤其是弧菌性感染,病情重,并发多脏器功能不全率高、早期诊断,早期抗菌药物治疗和尽早外科手术暴露并彻底清除坏死组织效果好。结论慢性肝病患者肢体感染应早期诊断和抗菌药物治疗,肢体肿胀坏死明显者尽早外科手术暴露并彻底清除坏死组织。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze and summarize the clinical diagnosis and therapy features of chronic liver disease patients with limbs infection.Methods A retrospective analysis was performed on 29 chronic liver disease patients with serious limbs infection in our hospital.Results Chronic liver disease patients with limbs infection specially vibrio infection,had a high ratio of MODS,so early diagnosis,early therapy with antibiotics and early operation to expose and cut lesion has a good effect.Conclusions The chronic liver disease patients with limbs infection should early diagnosed,early treated by antibiotics,and early exposed the swelling limbs or cut lesion by surgery.更多还原
