【摘要】 [目的]建立微波消解与ICP-AES联用测定果汁中8种元素的方法。[方法]采用微波消解预处理样品,ICP-AES测定果汁中8种元素。[结果]该方法加标回收率在94.5%~105.9%之间,RSD<4%。[结论]该方法快速准确、灵敏度高、线性范围宽,结果令人满意。更多还原

【Abstract】 [Objective]To develop a method for determination of eight elements in the juice by microwave digestion-ICP-AES.[Methods]The sample was digested and the concentration of 8 elements were determined by ICP-AES.[Results]The recovery rate was in the range of 94.5%～105.9%,the RSD was less than 5%.[Conclusion]The method is rapid,accurate and sensitive with wide linearity.更多还原
