【摘要】 [目的]评价集中推荐筛查肺结核痰涂片质量。[方法]采用肉眼观察和镜检的方法,对东营市2005年5~6月开展的肺结核筛查痰涂片质量检查资料进行分析。[结果]集中推荐肺结核筛查查痰609人,制痰片1441张,阳性72张,阳性率5·0%。痰片痰细胞、膜大小、厚薄、染色、膜脱落合格率分别为90·4%、87·7%、87·8%、96·6%、91·7%;假阳性率为0·42%,定量错误的占0·42%。因症就诊复检痰涂片380张,阳性的57张,阳性率为15·0%。380张痰涂片中,痰片痰细胞、膜大小、厚薄、染色、膜脱落合格率分别为98·7%、97·4%、97·6%、97·4%、97·6%,假阳性率与假阴性率均为1·8%。[结论]肺结核筛查痰涂片质量基本符合《痰涂片镜检质量保证手册》的要求。更多还原

【Abstract】 [Objective]To evaluate the sputum plates quality for tuberculosis cases.[Methods]To Analyze the quality control data of tuberculosis sputum plates acquired during May and June,2005 in Dongying by naked eye inspection and telescopic inspection.[Results]609 cases by collective recommendation were screened,1 441 sputum plates were made,72 of them were positive,positive rate was 5.0%.The qualified rates of sputum plate sputum cells,membrane area,membrane thickness,membrane dyeing and membrane defluvium were respectively 90.4%,87.7%,87.8%,96.6% and 91.7%;false positive rate was 0.42%;quantitative false covered 0.42% of all the samples.Symptom induced re-inspective sputum plates were made for 380 cases,of which 57 were positive,positive rate was 15.0%.Of the 380 cases,the qualified rates of sputum plate sputum cells,membrane area,membrane thickness,membrane dyeing and membrane defluvium were respectively 98.7%,97.4%,97.6%,97.4% and 97.6%.False positive rate and false negative rate were both 1.8%.[Conclusion]The screening sputum plate quality of tuberculosis accord with sputum telescope inspection quality assurance booklet in general.更多还原
