【摘要】 目的探讨阴道斜隔综合征的临床特点、诊断及治疗方法。方法对1996年～2005年我院收治的8例阴道斜隔综合征患者进行回顾性分析。结果8例患者均行阴道斜隔切开术,2002年前仅1例患者术后6年切缘粘连、复发。2002年后均采用腹腔镜联合宫腔镜手术,术后无1例复发。结论阴道斜隔综合征临床表现复杂、多变,无特异性,主要由隔后腔积血、积脓、引流不畅、梗阻而诱发一系列症状。只要正确认识本病,诊断不难。阴道斜隔综合征一旦确诊,首选阴道斜隔切除并引流术。术后生育功能同正常妇女。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the clinical character,diagnosis and therapy of oblique vaginal septum syndrome.Methods Retrospectively analyze 8 cases of oblique vaginal septum syndrome that accepted therapy at our hospital during the period of 1996 to 2005.Results Eight cases all underwent the oblique vaginal septum incision,before 2002 only one cases cutting edge adhesion,relapse in four years post operation.After 2002 we used laparoscopy combined with hysteroscopy,no cases relapse.Conclusions The clinic behavior of oblique vaginal septum syndrome is complicated,variety,no specificity,the series symptoms mainly evoke by hematocele,empyema,drainage no luxuriant and obstruction of post-cavity of septum.If only the patient had correct cognition of this disease,the diagnosis is not difficult.Once the patient had final diagnosis of oblique vaginal septum syndrome,the first choice was oblique vaginal septum resection and drainage.The fertility function was the same as normal women after operation.更多还原
