【摘要】 目的分析研究奥沙利铂联合亚叶酸钙、氟尿嘧啶治疗大肠癌的机理和效果。方法本组26例,男15例,女11例,年龄38岁～79岁,平均55岁。奥沙利铂(L-OHP)130mg/m2静滴3小时,d1;亚叶酸钙(LV)200mg/m2静滴d1～5;氟尿嘧啶(5-Fu)450mg/m2静滴d1～5。结果近期疗效26例患者均可评价疗效,其中CR1例,PR13例,SD9例,PD3例。有效率53.8%。结论①氟尿嘧啶能影响DNA的合成,其代谢产物可干扰RNA的合成,对细胞各期均有作用。亚叶酸钙能增加氟尿嘧啶的抗癌活性。②奥沙利铂是第3代铂类抗癌新药,能影响DNA的复制,是治疗大肠癌的首选药。三药联合应用可提高临床疗效。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective We analyzed the responses of colon cancer treated by L-OHP and calcium folinate,5-FU.Methods There were 26 patients in our research group,male 15 cases,female 11 cases,age range 38-79 years old,the average age was 55 years old,L-OHP 130 mgs/m2,ivgtt3h,d1;calcium folinate(LV)200 mgs/m2,ivgttd1 ～ 5;(5-Fu)450 mgs/m2,ivgttd1 ～ 5.Results 26 patients had recent response,among them 1 CR,13 PR,9 SD,3 PD.Effect rate was 53.8%.Conclusion ①5-the Fu can affect the DNA synthesizes,its metabolism production can interfere with RNA synthesis.And it was effective to each period of cell,calcium folinate could increase 5-Fu anti-cancer activity.②L-OHP is a kind of new medicine,the third generation platinum,can affect the DNA,was the first choice to treat colon cancer choose the medicine.Three drug combination could increase clinical effect.更多还原
