【摘要】 目的提出了一种有效的酒精浸泡的双翅目寄蝇科昆虫基因组DNA的提取方法,通过对实验结果的分析,表明该方法可行。

【Abstract】 The genomic DNA are extracted from alcohol steep sample of Tachinidae (Diptera), by the analysis of experimental results, show that the method is feasible.
