【Abstract】 The crude polysaccharides were extracted from nine species of pteridophytes and their contents were determined by oxybenzene-sulfuric acid colorimentry.These crude extracts were tested for their efficiency against the plant pathogenic microorganisms and animal pathogenic bateria using the agar disc diffusion method.The results showed that there were great differences among the polysaccharides contents of nine pteridophytes and polysaccharide extracts had varying activities against different phytopathogenic microorganisms and animal pathogenic microorganisms.更多还原
