济源新安难处理高磷铁矿工艺矿物学特性
Processing Mineralogical Features of Xin’an Jiyuan Iron Ore Containing High Phosphorus and Sulfur
【摘要】 研究济源新安铁矿高P和S含量铁矿石的工艺矿物学特性。结果表明,矿石中铁主要以赤铁矿形式存在,杂质元素P和S主要以菱磷铝锶矾形式存在,还可见少量磷灰石及黄铁矿。赤铁矿主要呈微细针状浸染于脉石矿物中,与菱磷铝锶矾、白云母、高岭石等脉石矿物共生关系十分密切。根据矿石工艺性质,回收利用该铁矿,首先要细磨,尽量使赤铁矿与菱磷铝锶矾等脉石矿物解离,其次要注意细磨条件下的矿浆分散,防止高岭石等黏土矿物泥化后与已单体解离的赤铁矿相互结团、黏附,从而影响选矿效果。
【Abstract】 The processing mineralogy of the iron ore with high content of P and S from Xin′an,Jiyuan(in Henan Province) is investigated.The results show that Fe in the ore is predominantly as hematite,while the impurities of P and S are mainly in svanbergite.And there are a few of phosphorites and pyrites in the ore.Hematite,mainly in fine needle shape,disseminates in gangue,and intergrowth closely with svanbergite,Dolomite,gaolinite and other gangue.According to the processing characteristics of the ore,in order for better Fe recovery,fine grinding is necessary to the liberation of hematite,then much attention should be paid to the pulp dispersing to prevent the minerals from sticking together to produce the negative effects on beneficiating results.
