【摘要】 布朗族是云南省特有的少数民族之一。新中国建立以来,国家投入了大量的人力、物力和财力来帮助布朗族群众脱贫致富,但贫困状况至今仍未得到彻底解决。究其原因主要是教育滞后、劳动者素质偏低、思想观念陈旧、基础设施落后、产业结构单一、财政自给率低、生态环境日益遭到破坏等。对此,必须有针对性地采取特殊政策和措施予以扶持。更多还原

【Abstract】 The Bulang nationality is native to Yunnan Province.Since the founding of the People’s Republic of China,the Chinese Government has invested largely in almost all fields in helping the Bulangs to get rid of poverty but the results are not very satisfactory.Thus,special policies and measures should be taken to improve their education and the quality of the labor force,introduce new ideas,diversify the industrial structure,and balance the fiscal income and ecological surroundings.更多还原
