【摘要】 首次建立了测定中药制剂脉舒胶囊中木犀草素(luteolin)含量的高效液相色谱方法,选用十八烷基硅烷键合硅胶柱,检测波长为254nm,以甲醇-0.3%磷酸(50∶50)为流动相,流速1mL/m in洗脱。结果表明该方法具有分离效果好,测定准确,灵敏,专属性强等技术特点,已经应用于脉舒胶囊产品的质量控制。更多还原

【Abstract】 The HPLC method has been established for determination of luteolin in the Mai-Shu Capsule firstly.Through the Highly effective liquid chromatography,C-18 column is mixed with methanol-0.3% phosphoric acid solution(50∶50) as the mobile phase,and luteolin was determined with a UV detector at 254nm.The results showed this HPLC method was exclusive,accurate and rapid.It has been used for the controlling quality of the Mai-Shu Capsule.更多还原
