【Abstract】 Objective To change methods of experiments for increasing Light Cycler’s ability to seek out samples of function.Methods To increase the quantity of the reaction of substance,proceed to amplification in advance,and increase the seeking temperature etc.Results Above methods affects inapparent to the accuracy of the examination result,the method of increasing the seeking temperature is particularly simple and practical.Conclusion The inside clinical laboratory science process can adopt the above methods to increase the LightCycler’s seeking-out function according to actual circumstance.更多还原
