突发性环境污染事故应急GIS系统框架的建立
The Foundation of GIS Response System for Environment Pollution Accident
【摘要】 对环境污染事故应急预警系统进行了研究,阐述了构成预警系统各子系统的设计过程与开发方法,对各子系统的主要构成和功能详细划分,探讨了在事故发生前、中、后各子系统发挥的重要作用,最后对G IS技术在突发性环境污染事故应急预警系统中的应用前景提出了一些看法。
【Abstract】 Conducts the research to the preparedness and response system for environment pollution accident,the design process and development method of each subsystems were presented,the main construction and function of each subsystems were divided in detail,discussed the vital role of each subsystems displayed in the accident,finally proposed some application prospects to the GIS in the preparedness and response system for environment pollution accident
