【摘要】 以1年生云南松的嫩梢作插穗,分用不同激素、激素的不同浓度和浸泡时间处理插穗,在温室沙床上进行扦插试验,研究其生根率的大小及差异。试验所获的插穗平均生根率为64.98%,最高为93.33%,最低为40.00%。其方差分析结果表明:各处理间插穗的生根率存在显著差异,激素的浓度和浸泡时间是影响此试验结果的主要因素,其次为所用的激素种类。直观分析和多重比较得出理想的试验处理组合是:A2B2C1,即用200mg/L的NAA浸泡插穗120分钟。更多还原

【Abstract】 Taking one year old green tips of Pinus yunnanensis as experimental materials,the effects of different hormone types,different hormone concentrations and different soaking time on rooting were studied.Among all the experimental treatments,the highest and lowest rooting rate were 93.33 % and 40.00 %,and the average value was 64.98 %.The results of variance analysis showed that there were significant differences between different treatments,the concentration of hormone and soaking time were the major factors,the promising treatment was A2B2C1,namely soaking the cuttings with NAA of 200 mg/L for 120 seconds.更多还原
